Refund policy

Unfortunately, at this time we can't offer returns for change of minds purchases and are strictly unable to accept returns items in our Seconds-Bin where the quality of the product was shown to be degraded prior to purchase or on our clearance items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Australian 
For purchases shipped to Australia, if your purchase is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, you may have the right to choose between a refund, repair or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under this law.


Refunds
We encourage you to accept store-credit where possible so you're able to get back partying ASAP, however we understand that sometimes a refund is required.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
